The XRP Ledger (XRPL) has emerged as the leading blockchain network for real-world asset (RWA) inflows over the past 90 days, surpassing larger competitors including Ethereum and Solana.
New data shared by the RWA Foundation shows that XRPL recorded $1.9 billion in net RWA inflows during the period, placing it ahead of Ethereum’s $1.6 billion and well above Solana’s $611 million.
Other blockchain networks also posted positive inflows, though at significantly lower levels. BNB Chain recorded $848 million, Solana attracted $611 million, Avalanche registered $362 million, Sei brought in $202 million, and Mantle added $90 million during the same period.
The figures highlight a notable shift in capital allocation within the tokenized asset sector, one of the fastest-growing segments of the digital asset industry.
Real-world assets refer to traditional financial instruments and tangible assets represented on blockchain networks through tokenization. These assets can include government bonds, private credit, real estate interests, treasury products, and other financial instruments that are issued or tracked on-chain.
While Ethereum continues to dominate the broader RWA market in terms of total value hosted on-chain, recent inflow data suggests that new capital has been moving into the XRP Ledger at a faster pace.
Institutional tokenization remains a key area to watch
The growing competition among blockchain networks for tokenized asset issuance reflects the broader expansion of the RWA market. Financial institutions, fintech companies, and blockchain infrastructure providers continue to explore tokenization as a way to improve settlement efficiency, transparency, and asset accessibility.
Against that backdrop, the XRP Ledger’s $1.9 billion in net inflows stands out as one of the strongest growth figures recorded among major blockchain networks in recent months.
Whether that trend continues will become clearer as additional capital enters the RWA sector and new tokenization projects launch across competing ecosystems.
For now, the latest data places XRPL ahead of Ethereum, Solana, and several other blockchain networks in terms of fresh RWA inflows, marking a notable development in the evolving digital asset landscape.
